Property journey
A clear view of the typical route. HI ConnectIN supports the enquiry and introduction; the selected legal firm remains responsible for onboarding, advice and the legal work.

Share the essential property and contact information through the guest quotation route.

The selected legal provider reviews the transaction details and completes its own onboarding checks.

The provider handles the legal work and keeps the client informed as the transaction moves forward.

Once the legal requirements are satisfied, the provider confirms completion and the property can be handed over.

How referrals work
Complete the guest form with the legal area, location, urgency and essential background. No account is required.
HI ConnectIN reviews the request and considers a provider whose service area and capacity fit the enquiry.
The legal provider confirms its scope, fees and engagement terms. You remain free to accept or decline.
Partner and pricing standards
HI ConnectIN focuses on the introduction. The receiving legal firm remains responsible for regulatory checks, client acceptance, advice, final pricing and the legal work.
Where applicable, the firm and relevant authorisation are checked against the public register of the appropriate UK regulator.
The provider should handle the required area of law, relevant location and type of client before an introduction is progressed.
Professional fees, VAT and expected third-party costs should be identified separately before the client decides whether to instruct.
The receiving firm completes its own checks and engagement process. An enquiry never obliges the client to proceed.
You are not charged for submitting an enquiry through HI ConnectIN. Where a written referral arrangement applies, HI ConnectIN may receive £250 from the receiving legal firm after the referred matter completes. This is not an additional fee charged by HI ConnectIN to the client. The firm remains responsible for disclosing the arrangement and confirming its legal fees, VAT, disbursements and engagement terms before you proceed.
Service-based fees
The calculator starts with the applicable core legal fee, then adds any listed professional charges. Third-party costs such as searches, Land Registry fees, official copies, leasehold charges and taxes are separate and payable on top where applicable. The matched firm confirms the full position before you proceed.
Usually works best with a clear quote route because the property value, tenure, lender and transaction type affect the likely fee.
Often starts with an initial consultation or fixed-scope review before wider work is agreed.
Can be simple or complex, so the right firm should confirm what is included before work begins.
May be fixed fee, hourly, staged or project-based depending on the documents, dispute or commercial issue.
