Submitting information through this website is a request for review. It does not guarantee that a provider is available, accept a quotation or create a contract.

Quotations

A quotation is subject to its stated scope, assumptions, validity date, taxes, disbursements and provider terms. Clients should review the final quotation and engagement documents before deciding whether to proceed.

Legal referrals

HI ConnectIN operates as an independent introducer. It is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Legal advice and legal work are provided by the independently regulated legal provider selected by the client. Any legal provider remains responsible for confirming its identity, regulatory status, client acceptance, conflicts checks, service scope, fees and engagement terms.

Commercial arrangements

HI ConnectIN does not charge a client for submitting an enquiry through this website. Where a written referral arrangement applies, HI ConnectIN may invoice the receiving legal provider £250 after the referred matter completes. HI ConnectIN is not VAT registered and does not add VAT to that invoice. The provider must disclose the arrangement and confirm its own client pricing before the client decides whether to proceed. HI ConnectIN will not accept a referral payment where it is prohibited.
